General pumping equipment with two crushers and two SFA brand motors. SANICUBIC 2 Classic is a general pumping station designed to evacuate the wastewater from a single-family house or commercial premises. You can receive the water from several bathrooms and / or kitchens equipped with sanitary devices of all kinds: toilets, urinals, showers, bathtubs, sinks, washing machines, dishwashers, etc. It has been developed to withstand intensive use and high flow rates. Its installation is simple, it can be installed directly on the ground, you only need a 220 V electrical outlet and connect the evacuation tube. The device is composed of 2 powerful motors of 1,500 W each that allow to raise the waters up to 11 meters in height or 110 meters away. These motors are equipped with a SANITRIT stainless steel blade system that optimally dilates effluents and waste paper. It works with an automatic starting system that starts the engines through a microswitch system: entering the pump tank, the wastewater displaces the air inside a detector, which starts the engine. Classic engines work intelligently: either alternating at every start, or in duo if a lot of flow enters suddenly. This dual-motor system provides more safety: in the event that any motor is damaged by a foreign body, the device could continue to work with only one motor while the other is repaired. Thus the service is not interrupted at any time. This device has an IP68 protection index which guarantees watertightness and allows it to withstand temporary submersion. It also prevents odors from being released. It is pre-wired to connect a visual or audible alarm system. We can also optionally be delivered with a monitoring panel that will indicate which motor is running, if the device is under voltage or if there is a problem with a motor. This panel communicates with the device by cable. This pumping station has 5 multi-diameter inlets: 2 inlets on the sides and another 3 on the top of the device. 40mm, 50mm, 100mm or 110mm diameter tubes can be connected. It is designed to withstand water up to 70ºC together with intensive use. Wastewater evacuation is carried out by means of a 50 mm diameter section tube. The supplied evacuation elbow is pre-equipped with a non-return valve. For optimal installation, we recommend the installation of shut-off valves on both the inlet and outlet pipes. It is essential that the appliance is ventilated.
