The Tempofix 3 self-supporting fire barrier frame for toilets, brand Delabie, is a comprehensive solution for the installation of suspended toilets with fire safety measures. This frame is designed with CF 60 min - EI60 firestop to offer effective protection against fire. Made of black epoxy steel, it has wide support brackets for secure fixation on load-bearing floors. The chassis is adjustable in height from 0 to 200 mm and meets the requirements of French regulations NF D12-208 and fire regulations. Compatible with solid partitions from 53 to 105 mm, it offers versatility in installation. The kit includes a Ø 32 discharge pipe with a Ø 55 connection nozzle and intumescent neck for protection against fire, as well as a Ø 110 PVC drain elbow with adjustable intumescent neck. The watertight embedding box with intumescent collar and fire protection kit ensures safe installation. Supplied with integrated flow adjustment and cut-off key.
